Hopskills ("we") is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us, in accordance with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25) and applicable Canadian law.

1. Information we collect

When you submit our subscription form, we collect: your company's legal name and address (and NEQ if provided), plus the first name, last name, work email and phone number of the contact person. In the demonstration environment, this information is neither transmitted nor stored; no payment data is processed.

2. Purpose of collection

This information is used exclusively to create your Hopskills workspace and manage your subscription. We collect it only with your explicit consent, given through the checkbox provided in the form.

3. Disclosure and retention

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is stored in Canada, kept only as long as necessary to process your request and its follow-up, then deleted or anonymized.

4. Cookies

This website uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Only technical elements strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.

5. Your rights

You may at any time request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Simply write to the address below.

7. Confidentiality incidents

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the persons concerned, as required by Law 25.
